1. Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within a minimum of 7 days and a maximum of 10 days from the date of delivery.
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- Damaged product received
- Wrong size delivered
- Wrong item delivered
Returns requested after 10 days from delivery will not be accepted under any circumstances.
2. Return Approval
All return requests are subject to verification and approval by NeviaX Attire.
We reserve the right to approve or reject a return request depending on the situation and product condition.
To be eligible for return:
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Original packaging, tags, and invoice must be intact
3. Non-Exchange Policy
NeviaX Attire does not offer any exchange (size, color, or product exchange is not available).
Once a return is approved, only a refund will be processed as per the policy below.
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed after deducting shipping charges, depending on the situation.
- The remaining eligible amount will be refunded to the customer.
- Shipping cost deduction may vary based on the return reason and order type.
5. Refund Processing Time
- Once the return is received and approved, refunds will be processed within 2 to 5 business days.
- The actual credit time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Refunds
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via:
- Bank Transfer
- UPI
Customers must share correct bank or UPI details to avoid refund delays.
7. Return Shipping
Return shipping responsibility depends on the situation and will be communicated at the time of return approval.
8. How to Request a Return
